The 1st military zone pledges to boost people based national defense

st military zone to be ready for successful accomplishment of any tasks assigned by the state. He was speaking in the 70
th anniversary of the military unit in Thai Nguyen province on Friday: “The armed forces should promote its professionalism and modernization with strong discipline. More training should be done to prepare for any circumstances to protect national sovereignty and territorial integrity.”

The same day, the 5th military zone celebrated its 70th anniversary. Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc told the ceremony in Da Nang city that the military zone should cooperate closely with local government and people in national defense.
