Truong Sa electricity center inaugurated
(VOVWORLD) - The Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) has inaugurated the center of Truong Sa Electricity branch, marking the first formal presence of EVN on the remote islands of Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelago.

The inauguration of the center marks an expansion of the operation and management of the power grid on Truong Sa islands and DK1 platforms.
Truong Sa Electricity has provided power round the clock to the biggest islands since early February and is working to connect the grid to the rest of the islands and platforms of Truong Sa archipelago by June of this year.
