UK residency may be rejected for EU citizens

(VOVworld) – British Prime Minister Theresa May is planning to end the freedom given to EU nationals to settle and work in Britain out of fear that a large number of Romanians and Bulgarians might come to the UK before Brexit negotiations officially begin on March 15.

She is expected to announce that EU citizens arriving after this date will not be entitled to live in the UK permanently, but the 3.6 million EU citizens who are already in Britain and those who arrive before that date will have their rights protected.
