(VOVworld) - The two sides of the conflict in Lugansk region in eastern Ukraine have agreed on a two-day ceasefire. On Saturday, Igor Plotnitsky, the chief of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic and Gennady Moskal, the governor of the Kiev-controlled part of Lugansk, reached an agreement to temporarily stop clashes on Sunday and Monday to mark the religious ceremony of Epiphany. Trucks and buses traveling from parts of territories controlled by Kiev and parts of Lugansk province under the opposition control will be forbidden on Monday.
