(VOVworld) – On Saturday US State Department spokesman Mark Toner called on North Korea to "refrain from actions and rhetoric that further destabilize the region and focus, instead, on taking concrete steps toward fulfilling its commitments and international obligations." Toner’s saying followed North Korea’s announcement that it has successfully tested a new intercontinental ballistic rocket engine that will be able to hit the U.S. mainland with nuclear missiles.
