(VOVworld) -  Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan attended a program to call for more efforts to relieve the pain of Agent Orange dioxin on Tuesday in Ha Nam province. The program honored individuals and organizations that have been providing assistance to victims of Agent Orange dioxin.
