A high-ranking Vietnamese military delegation led by Major-General Phan Van Giang, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army, is attending the Defence Services Asia Exhibition and Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The exhibition, which runs until Thursday, has attracted 850 companies from 45 countries. It provides a chance for the Vietnamese delegation to gain a better understanding of the latest military technologies, equipment, and weapons and to share experience in applying advanced technologies in national defence. The Vietnamese delegation attended the Putrajaya Forum on Defence Security for Peace today and met Malaysian Minister of Defence Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
