(VOVworld)-Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung received Cambodian Defense Ministry Secretary General Neang Phat in Hanoi yesterday. Dung said the Vietnamese Government always backs military cooperation between the two countries at all levels. He said he hopes the two armies will strengthen joint training of forces, conduct joint marine patrols, and coordinate their stances at regional forums, especially at the ASEAN Defense Ministerials’ Meeting (ADMM). PM Dung took the occasion to seek Cambodia’s support for effort to repatriate of the remains of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers killed in Cambodia.  General Neang Phat said that with this visit he hopes to cement and deepen military ties between the two sides, particularly in training and developing military forces.
