Vietnam’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh made the statement at a reception for Vice President of China’s Public Diplomacy Association Hu Zhengyao in Hanoi on Saturday following the conclusion of 11^th Vietnam-China People's Forum in the central province of Nghe An.

Deputy PM Minh suggested the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations, the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, and China’s Public Diplomacy Association collaborate with relevant agencies to organize activities to mark the 70^th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and China.
