Delegates signed 3 agreements on economic, scientific and technical cooperation with the presence of Vietnamese Minister of Construction Pham Hong Ha and Cuban Minister for Foreign Trade and Investment, Rodrigo Malmierca. They pledged to sign another trade cooperation agreement early next year.
