Nhan said:"The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism should work more closely with relevant agencies to implement coordinated programs. The Ministry of Education and Training should integrate the goal of family building into the school curriculum, so that children will learn more about the significance of the motherland, clan, and family to their own development and become more engaged with these ideas. They are the 3 most important material and spiritual pillars for every Vietnamese citizen, and also the source of power for all the people through the time".
