(VOVworld- The Supreme People’s Courts of Vietnam and France signed a cooperative agreement in Paris on Friday. Under the agreement, both sides will exchange experiences in making laws, judiciary reform, training jurists and share ideas about judgement. They will set up a Committee to monitor the cooperation between the two courts. The two sides will also strengthen the application of IT in their work. Duong Chi Dung, Vietnamese Ambassador to France, says: “This special visit opened a new era in judicial cooperation between the two countries’ court sectors. The two sides will strengthen the exchange of information and training of judges. As the two countries are aiming to upgrade their relations to strategic partnership in 2013, the cooperation between the two courts will contribute to the bilateral comprehensive cooperation”.
