Vietnam, Hungary step up judicial collaboration

(VOVworld) – Chief Judge of Vietnamese Supreme People’s Court Truong Hoa Binh has introduced several important renovations in Vietnam’s judicial system to the visiting President of the Supreme Court of Hungary, Peter Darak.

At a reception in Hanoi on Monday for Mr. Darak, Binh expressed his hope that both countries will enhance the traditional friendship, increase exchanges of delegations, and share experience in judicial training, judgment, building and application of precedents, and judicial administrative management.

Mr Darak spoke highly of Vietnam’s judicial reforms adding that Hungary has put in practice the 4-level court system for a decade. Hungary is willing to share its experiences with Vietnam.

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed on this occasion to boost judicial cooperation.
