(VOVworld)- Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong, State President Truong Tan Sang and Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on Monday sent congratulatory messages to the leader of United Russian Party, V. Putin, as he has been elected Russian President. In their messages, Vietnamese party and state leaders reiterated Vietnam’s further cooperation with Mr. Putin as President of the Federation of Russia while at the same time promoting the traditional friendship and strategic partnership between the two countries.
