Vietnam, New Zealand to boost ties

Key said New Zealand will continue providing ODA capital for Vietnam. He announced a Vietnam visit by New Zealand Governor General and called for extended delegation exchange. The leader promised to strengthen cooperation with Vietnam in the negotiations of the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement.
