Vietnam records 2,100 new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday

(VOVWORLD) -The Ministry of Health said on Wednesday that Vietnam recorded nearly 2,100 more cases of COVID-19, a 80-day high. Since the onset of the pandemic, Vietnam’s caseload has reached 10,785,122.

During the day, an additional 7,750 patients were announced recovered, bringing the total number of recoveries to 9,940,462. No deaths from COVID-19 were recorded in the past 24 hours.

As of Wednesday, 246,696,776 doses of COVID-19 vaccines were administered nationwide.
