Vietnam seeks stronger cooperation in developing culture industries

(VOVWORLD) - In the digital era, marked by the rapid advancement of technology and artificial intelligence, Vietnam seeks to strengthen cooperation in developing and managing creative cultural products and services in the digital environment, said Ambassador Nguyen Thi Van Anh, Head of the Vietnamese Permanent Delegation to UNESCO, in Paris on Tuesday at the 18th session of the Intergovernmental Committee of the 2005 UNESCO Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions.

The Vietnamese Ambassador said Vietnam considers culture as important as politics, economics, and society.

She said that as Vietnam enters a new era of national raise, it regards culture as the spiritual foundation of society, an internal strength, and the goal and motivation of national development.
