Vietnam, South Korea promote agriculture cooperation

(VOVWORLD) - Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung said the Vietnamese government always creates the most favorable conditions for South Korea’s agricultural products to penetrate the Vietnamese market in line with regulation.

While receiving Kim Byeong, Chairman of the Korean National Agricultural Cooperative Federation in Hanoi on Thursday, Mr. Dung asked for South Korea’s support for Vietnam in human resource training, as well as building new types of agricultural cooperatives. He also asked South Korea’s representatives to share experience in finance management and insurance in the sector.

Mr. Kim Byeong said South Korea is ready to assist Vietnam in terms of resources and experience in the production chain, as well as to introduce technology and equipment to facilitate the production, preservation, consumption, and transportation of agricultural products.
