Vice State president Nguyen Thi Doan made the statement while attending a ceremony to mark the Vietnam Youth Union’s 81^st anniversary and honor most outstanding Youth Union officials in the northern province of Tuyen Quang on Monday. She said: "Ho Chi Minh Youth Union members are urged to unite under the leadership of the Party to further contribute to the country’s revolutionary cause and development. Young people are encouraged to take part in patriotism movements to fulfill any tasks assigned by the country. It’s necessary for young people to improve their knowledge and capacity to meet social demands of high-tech human sources to serve the country’s international integration."
