Voters concerned with social issues

(VOVworld) – National Assembly deputies held meetings with voters this week to brief them on the results of the recent National Assembly session.

On Thursday deputies for Ha Giang province led by Secretary of the Party Central Committee Ha Thi Khiet met with voters, who praised reforms at the National Assembly session and hoped for increased investments in infrastructure development in border communes.

Deputies for Dak Nong province met with voters in Gia Nghia town and Tuy Duc, Dak R’Lap, and Dak Song district. Voters commented on remaining shortcomings and difficulties in agricultural production and rural transportation.

Voters in Tay Ninh province mentioned a number of issues related to policies on attracting talent in the medical sector, learning encouragement, and social welfare for elderly, disabled, and poor people.      

Voters in Tra Vinh province expressed delight at Vietnam’s achievements in socio-economic development and international integration and concern about social problems.
