(VOVworld) - The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development opened a workshop in southern Soc Trang province to review local efforts in coastal landslides and infiltration.

The event was co hosted by German Technical Cooperation GIZ and Soc Trang provincial government. Participants suggested models to preserve silt in Soc Trang and Bac Lieu, dyke prevention system and mangrove afforestation.
