(VOVworld) – The 5^th (WGS) opened on Sunday in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), attracting more than 4,000 delegates from 139 countries.

Chairman of the WGS Mohammed Al-Gergawi said the number of delegates reflects keen interest from governments and international organizations. They discussed the end of globalization, how technology is breaking borders, dealing with extremism, and sources of nuclear energy.
