"Preservation and promotion of world heritage values must be in close connection with other tangible and intangible cultural heritages in the region. These activities aim to meet UNESCO's sustainable development goals and need to be carried out systematically, with the engagement of management entities. World heritages must be promoted to develop tourism products, so that heritages will have a quiet historical life and a vibrant contemporary life," said PM Chinh.
Jonathan Wallace Baker, Chief Representative of UNESCO in Vietnam, emphasized the global value of Yen Tu, the birthplace of Truc Lam Zen Buddhism, in representing Vietnam in spirit and national identity.
