(VOVWORLD) - The Hai Phong city People’s Court would like to inform Mr. HULDUSON HANNES ÓLAFUR of a divorce case which also involves Nguyen Thi Du and Nguyen Van Cuong.
Mr. Hulduson Hannes Ólafur, born in 1972, has a known address at Þórunnarstræti 108,600 Akureyri, Iceland.
The People's Court of Hai Phong City is handling the divorce case to determine the paternity of the child between the plaintiff, Ms. Nguyen Thi Du, Mr. Hulduson Hannes Ólafur, and Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong, who has related rights and obligations.
The Court has set the time and place for the trial as follows:
The 1st court session took place at 14:00 (Vietnam time) on July, 05, 2024.
The 2nd court session will be held at 14:00, (Vietnam time) on November, 29, 2024.
Mr. Hulduson Hannes Ólafur is requested to be present at the Court during the trial to exercise his rights and obligations.
If Mr. Hulduson Hannes Ólafur is not present at the court session, the Hai Phong City People’s Court will carry out necessary procedures as stipulated by Vietnamese law.
