(VOV) – The 4^th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival took place on Saturday in Buon Ma Thuot city, Daklak province.

Under the theme “Buon Ma Thuot coffee connectivity and development”, the festival not only aims to honor the coffee plants, a major kind of plant in the area but also serves as a significant large-scale cultural events to attract investors and visitors. Visitors will have chance to enjoy free coffee at 20 well-known coffee shops in the city and a coffee path stretching from Le Duan road to Daklak province museum. On the same day, an expo on coffee and products of Vietnamese trademarks opened in Buon Ma Thuot city. Luong Van Tu is Chairman of the association of coffee and cocoa of Vietnam: "The event has attracted an increasing number of domestic and foreign enterprises taking part. Coffee products are more and more diversified , many enterprises have processed products. I think this is important progress. The coffee quality has much improved and the farmers are more aware of raising the added value of coffee".

More than domestic and foreign 200 enterprises displayed their products at 729 stalls.
