All industries, sectors, and sizes of companies doing business in Vietnam can join CBI, which offers more opportunities in the network with government and investors, both domestically and internationally.

Caitlin Wiesen, UNDP Resident Representative in Vietnam said, "Following Covid-19, there are new opportunities emerging for Vietnam to attract investment and to recognize Vietnam’s economy, especially for SMEs. We should take this opportunity to pursue triple-win options, that are: First, green, dedicated to green or recovery of the economy, fueled by this stimulus package provided by the government; Second, that transform more sustainable production processes, and production of green products to increasing demand by consumers; and Thirdly, to increase actions to protect the planet, which will help reduce the risks to future pandemic and extreme weather events due to climate change."

Currently, 115 Vietnamese businesses have registered for the CBI program.
