During the event, the organizers presented 4,000 gifts, 10,000 bus tickets, 15,000 shopping vouchers, 500 free motorbike oil change vouchers, and 400 lucky draw tickets to union members and workers.

Similar events were held by the Bac Kan provincial Federation of Labor at in Bac Kan province, where about 2,000 discount vouchers were given to disadvantaged workers.

Can Tho city’s Federation of Labor held a ceremony to present Tet gifts to workers. Đỗ Nhật Minh, a staff at the Forensic Center of Can Tho City said: “I’m very very happy to receive the Trade Union’s gifts for medical staff. It encourages us a lot at the beginning of the New Year and motivates us to work harder.”

The Trade Unions of provinces and cities have organized Tet markets for union members and workers to buy goods with high-quality and reasonable prices.
