He suggested increasing cooperation between universities and research institutes in Karnataka and their counterparts in Vietnam. The same day, Mr. Nhan visited the Indian Space Research Organization and the Institute of Public Administration in Bangalore, which is the biggest cultural, economic, and tourism centre in Karnataka. Bangolore is also home to India’s leading IT and computer technology businesses.
