Colonel Doan Bao Anh, Deputy Commander of Navy Region 3 and head of the Vietnamese delegation, spoke highly of the preparation and organization of the exercises held by the Indian Navy.

The naval exercise helped enhance mutual understanding, trust and cooperation between the navies. From February 24 to 27, ship 20 of the Naval Region 3’s Brigade 172 of Vietnam along with navies of other countries successfully and safely completed their exercises at sea.

Ship 20 participated in exercises concerning communications, rescuing people from the sea, checking suspicious ships, approaching another vessel, and firing of signal flares.
