(VOVWORLD) - These days, the bustling atmosphere of preparations for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term can be seen across Vietnam, from the busy streets of Hanoi to remote border and island areas. The election is not only a major political event but is also regarded as a nationwide festival.
