During its 13th tenure, the National Assembly revised or adopted a number of laws and basically fine-tuned the legal system to build a state governed by law, a market economy, and laws on human rights, fundamental citizen rights and obligations, and the people’s right to democracy and freedom. The laws and resolutions created a solid legal foundation for renovation and extensive international integration.
