The application was developed by Viettel within 6 days at the order of the Ministry of Health to support Covid-19 prevention efforts. It is available on Android and iOS platforms for both smartphones and tablets. Nguyen Manh Ho, Director General of the Viettel Business Solution Company said Viettel mobilized all available resources to develop the application. Viettel also developed the smart Chatbot application called Cyberbot and integrated it into a fanpage called Suc khoe toan dan (all people’s health) which provides official information from the Ministry of Health and gives users accurate, timely news about the epidemic and preventive measures. The Chatbot will provide advice and automatically answer basic questions about the Covid-19 epidemic.

The interface of the application is simple and easy to use and its content includes a map of Covid-19 infections in Vietnam, official information about the epidemic, and advice from health agencies.

The application has a set of questionnaires about disease symptoms to help users assess their risk of infection. If there is a risk of infection, users can send their information to health officials in their area for quarantine instruction.

The Ministry of Health is urging the public to download the application to keep updated about the epidemic.
