The tourism market during the National Day holiday is vibrant, with short-term tours dominating, accordingly to travel firms. In the north, the most popular tourist destinations include Ha Long, Cat Ba, Ninh Binh, and the northeastern and northwestern regions while Phu Quoc, Da Lat, and Vung Tau are the favorite choices of visitors in the south.
Vietravel is offering more than 50 domestic tours from North to South, departing daily, with diverse travel itineraries from 3 to 5 days. Saigontourist is offering more than 100 inbound and outbound tours.
Tourism promotion activities are also underway in localities nationwide on this occasion. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Thuan province is organizing "Binh Thuan Street Culture Week 2023", which is part of activities of 2023 National Tourism Year "Binh Thuan - Green Convergence".
Vo Thanh Huy, Deputy Director of the Department, said: “The event attracts more than ten art troupes with 700 professional and amateur artists and will feature the cultures of different ethnic groups like Kinh, Cham and Hoa. Two rock concerts will be held on September 1-2 where the audience can join in.”
