This year's event will honor outstanding innovative start-up achievements, review the 10-year journey of building an innovative startup ecosystem, map out orientations for future development, and make start-up activities a driver of the economic and social development of Vietnam and Hai Phong city. There will be discussions on ways to attract technology startups, human resources, and investment, and promote Hai Phong’s dynamic environment for innovative startups.

Hoang Minh Cuong, Vice Chairman of Hai Phong city’s People’s Committee, said, "This important national event marks 10 years of developing the innovative startup ecosystem. Hai Phong city encourages innovation, builds startup ecosystems, and applies science-technology-innovation into socio-economic development. We have established sci-tech transaction floors.”

Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Hoang Minh said, “Vietnam’s innovation startup ecosystem has made a lot of progress, thanks to the government’s direction and the efforts of the community, ministries, and sectors.
