(VOVWORLD) - The total number of COVID-19 cases in Vietnam stood at 1,113 on Tuesday after 3 imported cases were added the same day according to the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control.

1,026 patients have recovered, while the number of fatalities stands at 35.
13,000 people who have had close contact with confirmed cases or have come from a pandemic-hit area are currently in quarantine.
