Nguyen Van Be, Chairman of the HCMC Export Processing and Industrial Zones Authority (HEPZA) Businesses Association, called on ministries and sectors, especially the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Public Security, to agree on how to control inter-provincial and North-South trade so that 400 industrial parks and economic zones can be quickly connected to supply goods, raw materials from provinces to ports.

He also underscored the need to reach consensus on the use of vaccine passports, connect domestic and international routes because the 1,500 factories in these zones including 500 FDI factories play a key role in the global production and business chain.

The move also aims to welcome foreign investors and experts while sending technical workers to other countries for training, Be said.
