The award program was launched yesterday in Hanoi in a ceremony held by the two agencies. Nguyen Phi Long, chairman of the organizing board said: “It is an important milestone distinguishing the volunteer movement for the last 12 years. We have set up the program’s website at www.giaithuongtinhnguyen.vn for candidates and people to vote. Video clips of organizations, and individuals uploaded on the website will attract attention of many people especially young volunteers. This is new and improved way of voting, so that the ward will receive participation of the wider Vietnamese volunteer community. We will select the 40 most voted of 20 individuals and 20 organizations for the Award.”

The program will be conducted from this month until December.
