The fund raising was part of the 11th art program "Toward the borders, seas and islands of the Fatherland" which took place on Tuesday evening in Ho Chi Minh City.
The program featured the daily lives of officers, soldiers and people in the border areas and islands of Vietnam, who are protecting their homeland’s sacred sovereignty.
