2nd Vietnam-Laos’ political consultative meeting held
(VOVworld) - The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh and Laos’ Minister of Foreign Affairs Thoonglun Sisulith on Tuesday co-chaired the 2
nd Vietnam-Laos political consultative meeting in Hanoi. Mr. Minh said Vietnam attaches great importance to ceaseless efforts to consolidate and develop the special ties of solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos. He asked the two countries’ Ministries of Foreign Affairs to increase exchanges of information and experience, and to closely cooperate in regional and international forums in the new context.
Minister Sisulith hoped that the two Ministries of Foreign Affairs will strengthen their cooperation to further contribute to developing the good relations between the two governments and Parties.
on July 20th received Lao Deputy Foreign Minister Alounkeo Kittikhoun and his entourage on their visit to Vietnam to join the first Vietnam-Laos deputy ministerial political consultation meeting held in Hanoi.
