(VOVworld) – The 4^th “Music to Hospital” program took place at Hanoi’s Bach Mai hospital on Tuesday, where organizers presented gifts to more than 30 poor patients. The program, which has attracted the participation of more than 600 artists over the past 4 years, has collected nearly 100,000 USD to help disadvantaged patients and ease their pain with music. Singer Thai Thuy Linh, the program’s initiator, said: "This is possibly the biggest and longest charity program ever held at hospitals in Vietnam. The program has become familiar to doctors, nurses, and patients nationwide and this makes us very happy. The program makes people, especially those suffering from illness, believe that goodness surrounds them and they are not left alone to struggle with their pain."
