(VOVworld)- The Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh will lead a Vietnamese delegation to attend the 8th session of the Steering Committee for Vietnam-China Bilateral Cooperation to be convened next week. The visit is being made at the invitation of Chinese State Councilor Yang Yiechi.
