(VOvworld) – Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Nguyen Minh Quang said the land use rights certificates for first users will be issued this year.

Quang said the Ministry will consult with the government to build a land data base at the national and local level. So far, 39 provinces and cities have basically finished the licensing of this type of land use rights certificates, accounting for 85% of all land areas.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment is asking relevant ministries and sectors to collaborate to complete work assigned by the government and the National Assembly within this year.
