Action Month calls for joining hands to care for the elderly
(VOVWORLD) -The Central Committee of the Vietnam Association of the Elderly (VAE) held a press conference on Friday for International Day of the Elderly, October 1, and the Action Month for the Elderly in Vietnam 2022.

Themed "Joining hands to care for the elderly with difficult circumstances", many activities will be organized, including the launch ceremony for an Action Month on October 1 in Hung Yen, communication activities, mobilizing resources from organizations and individuals to take care of the poor and the elderly, and raising funds for the elderly.
Other activities will be presenting gifts to the elderly in difficult circumstances and developing culture and sports clubs for the elderly.
