At the launching ceremony on Thursday, Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment Tran Duy Dong stressed that the project will contribute to solving the problem of capital for the operation of innovative and start-up enterprises in Vietnam.

The project prioritizes those operating in clean energy, finance, agriculture, and health, helping them access finance and building business skills. It encourages entrepreneurs to develop technological solutions that can produce positive changes to climate change and gender equality.

Vu Quoc Huy, Director of the Vietnam National Innovation Center, said, 'The ADB Ventures' project will pave the way for adventure investment capital to come to the private sector and create breakthrough changes to serve national development. We will focus on helping businesses access investment capital in Vietnam and deal with market risks. We will help them identify technological solutions to make prompt changes to grow sustainably.'
