Administrative reform the key to resolving economic difficulties
(VOVWORLD) - Newly-elected Minister of Finance Ho Duc Phoc said promoting transparency, accountability and administrative reform is the key to tackling economic difficulties.

On the sideline of the National Assembly session on Thursday, Mr. Phoc said, “We need to improve revenue sources, adhere to financial principles, reduce public debt, and improve the efficiency of development investment, but boosting administrative reforms to resolve business difficulties is the most important”.
