Amendments to the Law on Judicial Records discussed
(VOVWORLD) -The National Assembly’s Committee on Judicial Affairs reviewed new provisions in the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Judicial Records on Wednesday in Ho Chi Minh city.

Director of the National Judicial Records Center, Hoang Quoc Hung, said the amendments cover privacy protection and removal of criminal records:“Amendments to the Law on Judicial Records will reflect the 2013 Constitution and harmonize with the current legal system, especially the constitutional protection of moral rights, rights to privacy and community integration for those whose criminal records removed.”
The 6th plenary session of the National Assembly’s Committee on Judicial Affairs concluded after two-day meeting to comment on the Supreme People’s Court proposal on uniform of judges.
