(VOVWORLD) - The 4^th meeting of the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) is taking place in Da Nang City from Saturday to Monday.

The 4^th meeting of the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) takes place in Da Nang City from November 4-6, 2017.

On Saturday, the Council hosted a meeting with the Asia-Pacific Financial Forum (APFF) and another meeting with the Advisory group on capacity building for APEC's financial system.

ABAC was established in November 1995 to advise APEC economic leaders and other APEC officials on issues of interest to businesses. ABAC holds 4 meetings annually to prepare and propose recommendations to APEC economic leaders during their meeting week.
