Referring to the upcoming launch of the ASEAN Community, he said the implications of ASEAN as a single market and production base will give South Korea great opportunities.With more than 600 million people and a combined economic output of about 2.4 trillion USD, ASEAN is South Korea’s second largest trade partner.
The Korea-ASEAN was launched as an intergovernmental organization in 2009 to promote economic and socio-cultural exchanges between ASEAN and South Korea.
