(VOVworld)- The Vietshrimp International Fair 2016 will be organised from June 24-26 in the Mekong Delta province of Bac Lieu. This very first specialised shrimp exhibition to be hosted on a large scale in Vietnam, is expected to attract 200 domestic and foreign businesses, participating with more than 150 stands.

Vietshrimp 2016 will serve as an opportunity to introduce the achievements, opportunities and risks to Vietnam’s shrimp industry; promote Vietnamese shrimp to the world market; distribute new and qualified aquatic products; and seek connections and opportunities for business development. The event includes three main events: workshops covering different topics regarding the shrimp industry; the Vietshrimp Fair with 150 stands; and a Photo Exhibition displaying more than 100 selected photos reflecting the working life of fishermen in Vietnam, as well as some typical domestic shrimp production models.
