(VOVworld) -  Vice chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Le Manh Ha received Vice-Governor of Belgium’s Province of East-Flanders Geert Versnick on Wednesday. The Belgian Vice-Governor said the visit will enhance cooperation between the city and East Flanders in logistics, education, urban planning, and international port development. He said he hoped to boost bilateral cooperation in all aspects.
